Accounts and Log in
Cards R organization and user accounts are required to use Cards R.
Cards R organization creation
Please apply for Cards R organization creation from the following.
User account
When creating the Cards R organization, create a user account for the representative organization administrator.
Please create other user accounts from the following.
Log in
Log in to Cards R with the account you created.
Pprocedure
- Access Cards R.
- Enter [Email Address].
- Enter [Password].
- Click [Log in].
Caution
- You must change your password after logging in for the first time.
- If Password Expiry Period has expired, you will need to change your password after logging in.
- If you log in before entering the Authorization Code while changing your email,
You need to activate your email.
- If TFA is set, you will need to enter an authentication code after logging in.
- Login from the browser is valid for 30 days. After 30 days, you must log in again.
- If you uncheck [Stay Logged in] and log in, closing the browser and accessing Cards R will display the login page again.
Reset Password
If you have forgotten your password of the account that has already been created, you can reset the password.
Pprocedure
- Access Cards R.
- Click [Forgot Password?].
- Enter [Email Address].
- Enter the email address of the account whose password you forgot in [YourEmail].
- Enter the characters displayed in the image.
- Click [Request].
- An email with the password reset URL will be sent to the email address you entered.
- Access the password reset URL.
- Enter a new password in [New Password].
- Enter a new password in [Confirm New Password].
- Click [Reset Password].
Caution
- If the image text cannot be read, click [Refresh] to display a new image.
- The characters in the image are a combination of single-byte English letters and single-byte numbers.
- Resetting the password will delete the session and logged out of the mobile app and the multifunction devices application.
