It is a section to display / edit the basic information of the user.

Change procedure
- Click [Global Menu] (
) > [My Accounts]
- Click [Profile] > (Personal Info) > [Edit]
- Edit items
- Click [save]
email
This section is for viewing / editing the user's email address used for login and display.
You can change to a new email address from the [Edit] button.
Change procedure
- Click [Global Menu] (
) > [My Accounts]
- Click [Profile] > (email) > [Edit]
- Enter a new email address in the [email] field
- Click [save]
- Enter the Verification Code that will be sent to the new email address.
- Click [OK]
Caution
- When you change your email address, an email with the Verification Code will be sent to the new email address.
At this point, your current email address is disabled.
If you log in with the current e-mail address from another browser in this state,
a page to validate the e-mail address will be displayed.
- The email address change is completed by entering the Verification Code described in the email.
- If you change your email address, subsequent logins will only be possible with your new email address.
- Changing your email address will cancel TFA.
Phone Number
You can view / edit the mobile phone number of the logged in user.
Mobile phone numbers can be registered / changed from the [Edit] button.
Change procedure
- Click [Global Menu] (
) > [My Accounts]
- Click [Profile] > (Phone Number) > [Edit]
- Enter a new phone number in the [Phone Number] field
- Click [save]
- Enter the Verification Code that contains the SMS that will be sent to the new mobile phone number.
- Click [OK]
Clear procedure
- Click [Global Menu] (
) > [My Accounts]
- Click [Profile] > (Phone Number) > [Edit]
- Click [Clear]
- Click [OK]
Caution
- When you edit the mobile phone number, an SMS with an authentication code will be sent to the new mobile phone number.
- Changing the mobile phone number is completed by entering the authentication code described in the SMS.
- The mobile phone number has not changed until the correct authorization code is entered.
- Changing / clearing the mobile phone number cancels the TFA set in SMS.
