Displays security information of the logged-in user. You can change the settings for each section.

TFA

It is a section to display / change the setting of TFA at login.
If you enable TFA, you will need to enter a unique authorization code in addition to your email address and password when you log in.
The authorization code can be received by SMS or created by the mobile terminal application.
By setting TFA, login to Cards R can be double protected by password and Verification Code.

TFA protects your account with "Known information (password)" and "Haven information (mobile phone)".

Activation procedure

  1. Click [Global Menu] () > [My Accounts]
  2. Click [Security] > [TFA] > [edit]
  3. Select [SMS Text Message] or [Google Authentication System].
  4. Click [next]
    • [SMS Text Message]
      1. Check [Phone Number].
        If there is a number set in [Profile] > [Phone Number], it is entered as the default value.
      2. Click [next]
      3. Enter the Verification Code that contains the SMS that will be sent to the mobile phone number.
      4. Click [set]
    • [Google Authentication System]
      1. Install [Google Authentication System] on your mobile device.
      2. Google Play        App Store
      3. Launch the [Google Authentication System] app on your mobile device and scan the barcode.
      4. Enter the Verification Code displayed on the app in the dialog of Cards R.
      5. Click [set]

Procedure for invalidation

  1. Click [Global Menu] () > [My Accounts]
  2. Click [Security] > [TFA] > [edit]
  3. Change [TFA] to [Disabled].
  4. Click [save]

Caution

  • When [Settings] > [Security Settings] > [Two Factor Authentication Settings]> [Set TFA for all users of organization] is [On],
    Even if you change [TFA] to [Disabled], you need to set it again the next time you log in.

Password

This section is for viewing / editing the password of the user used for login.
Displays the [Last modification date] of the password.
You can also change to a new password from [edit] button.

Change procedure

  1. Click [Global Menu] () > [My Accounts]
  2. Click [Security] > [Password] > [edit]
  3. Enter your current password in the [Now Password] field
  4. Enter a new password in the [New Password] field
  5. Enter a new password in the [Confirm Password] field
  6. Click [save]

Caution

  • The password must be at least 8 characters long.
  • The password must contain large and small alphanumeric characters.
  • Resetting the password will delete the session and logged out of the mobile app and the multifunction devices application.
