Edit Users from File
With a text file starting the [Email] line and lines of email addresses, you can add members to your organization.
- Click [Global Menu] > [Settings]
- Click [User Settings] > [...] >[edit User from File]
- Drag and drop the csv file to dialog opened.
- You can receive the result by e-mail after completion.

* A cell means an element of a CSV file.
Caution Restrictions
- There is the Upper Limit on the number of CSV lines that can be imported at one time.
It is an error to write more than Upper Limit in CSV.
- You cannot change [email].
- You can edit members with additional information. You can get the CSV file format with [Export user list].
To specify teams the new member belongs to, write comma-separated team-IDs after the additional information.
In order to specify teams, blank elements (commas) corresponding to the additional information are required.
The new member specified no team ID will belong to the organization team.
- The new member should have the Cards R account and should belong to no Cards R organization.
- This function sets ordinary team member.
In order to set [not shared] team member, use modification of team settings or use [Setting Team of User by File Import].
- This function never sends the invitation mail and adds the members without confirmation.
