You can set the settins of Cards R Mobile App installed on your mobile device.

Mobile Device Settings

Use the continuous shooting function On You can use the continuous shooting function with Cards R Mobile App on your iOS device.

Use of the contacts cache function On You can use the contacts cache function with Cards R Mobile App on your iOS device.
Off The contacts cache function cannot be used.

Change procedure

  1. Click [Global Menu] () > [Settings]
  2. Click [Mobile settings] > (Mobile Device Settings) > [Edit]
  3. Edit items
  4. Click [save]

Caution

  • This can only be performed by users with roles that can change [Organization Settings].

Access control from mobile device

In the organization enabling access control from mobile device

  • Cards R can be accessed from only the iOS and Android device approved to connect in advance.
  • Cards R can not be accessed from smartphone browsers.

If you access to Cards R with a mobile device, which is not allowed yet, the guide to apply for the permission is shown.
You can send the application for permission.
The organization administrator approves the permission in the mobile setting page of Cards R for PC.

The approved permission can be disabled temporarily.

Application for use from mobile devices

If you use Cards R Mobile App on a mobile device that is not permitted to connect, the usage guide will be displayed and you can apply for usage.

  1. Log in with Cards R Mobile App
  2. Since the usage guide is displayed, enter the terminal name

List of mobile devices

List the mobile devices for which you have applied for use. You can search / sort and turn pages.
The number of items displayed on one page is 30.

It is used for identify the devices used by one user.

Approve mobile device usage application

By approving the application for using a mobile device, you can use Cards R Mobile App on that device.
This can only be performed by users with roles that can change [Organization Settings].

  1. Click [Global Menu] () > [Settings]
  2. Click [Mobile settings]
  3. Select the device you approve from [Mobile device list].
  4. Click [Approve]
  5. Click [Approve]

Enable / disable mobile devices

You can temporarily disable the device for which the usage application has been approved. Mobile apps cannot be used on disabled devices.
You can also re-enable the invalidated usage application. This can only be performed by users with roles that can change [Organization Settings].

  1. Click [Global Menu] () > [Settings]
  2. Click [Mobile settings]
  3. Select the device you enable or disable from [Mobile device list].
  4. Click button
  5. Select [Enabled] / [Disabled] and click [OK]

Delete mobile device

You can delete the application for using the terminal. The mobile app cannot be used on devices for which the usage application has been deleted.
This can only be performed by users with roles that can change [Organization Settings].

  1. Click [Global Menu] () > [Settings]
  2. Click [Mobile settings]
  3. Select the device you delete from [Mobile device list].
  4. Click button
  5. Click [Delete]

Caution

  • The permission is granted to the pair of the device and the user.
    In order to use the device permitted to other user, you have to uninstall and re-install the Cards R application on the device.

Use the continuous shooting function

User of your organization can continuously shoot multiple business cards and upload.
Images are retained in the application until they have been uploaded.

Caution

  • The captured images are saved and managed in the application until uploading is completed.
    Images saved in the application are not referred to or used from photos or external applications.
  • The Android application currently does not support this function.

Use of the contacts cache function

The contact information and images of [My contacts] are cached in the iOS mobile app.
