Your admin user can set whether to use the digital business card function.
The initial state is set to [On] on [Use digital business card].
You can set the access period of the URL and the number of times it can be accessed.

Users who use the digital business card function must specify [my business card].
You need to create a contact before you can set it as [my business card].
The contacts set on my business card will have the    icon in the list display column.

Procedure

1. Click [Global Menu] () > [Contacts]
2. Click [Left Pain] > [My contacts]
3. Select the contact
4. Click [Other Commands] () > [Set my business card]

Caution Restrictions

• The [Set my business card] menu is displayed only when System settings > Digital business card > Use digital business card > [On].
• Only one [my business card] can be set. You cannot select and set multiple contacts.
• If you have already set another contact to [my business card], the newly set contact will be changed to [my business card].
• If you move contacts to Recycle Bin, the "My business card" setting will be canceled.
• Even if you recover the contact that was set in [My business card] from Recycle Bin, it will not be set in [My business card]. Please set my business card again.

Enable digital business card exchange.
When enabled, it will create a public URL where you can download digital business card images.
For the business card image, use the latest front image of the contact set on my business card.

Procedure

1. Click [Global Menu] () > [Contacts]
2. Click [Left Pain] > [Digital business card]
3. Click [Digital business card function] > [Enable]
4. Click [OK]

If you enable digital business card exchange, you can check the following information.

Item	Description
Public URL	This is the URL that publishes digital business cards. Please tell this URL to the person you are exchanging business cards with. Click icon to copy the public URL to the clipboard. Click [Send by email] to start your email software. Please note that the URL may not be added to the launched email window depending on your email software.
2D code	A two-dimensional code that can read the public URL. You can access the public URL by scanning the 2D code from a mobile device with a camera. You can download the 2D code image from the [Download] button. This 2D code is also displayed in the public URL. Also, if you scan the 2D code with the Cards R Mobile, the digital business card exchange page will be displayed.
Access deadline	The access deadline of the digital business card. It will be published only during [Access period] of System settings from the time it is enabled. After the expiration date, you will not be able to access the public URL.
Number of access times	The number of times digital business cards have been accessed. From the time it is enabled, access is permitted for the [Maximum number of access times] of System settings. When the number of views is reached, you will not be able to access the public URL.

Caution Restrictions

• If the contact set on my business card does not have the latest front image, it cannot be enable.
• Even if the creator himself accesses the public URL, the number of accesses will increase by one.
• Even if you edit the contact set in my business card / move it to the Recycle Bin, the business card image at the time of activation remains published in the URL.
• If you edit the contact set in my business card / move it to Recycle Bin, icon will be added in [Left pane]> [Digital business card].
• Changing [my business card] does not change your digital business card.
• If you disable digital business card exchange, icon will be removed in [Left pane]> [Digital business card].

Disables digital business card exchange.
If disabled, you will not be able to access the public URL.
If you re-enable it, it will create a new public URL.

Procedure

1. Click [Global Menu] () > [Contacts]
2. Click [Left Pain] > [Digital business card]
3. Click [Digital business card function] > [Disable]

Download the digital business card image.

Procedure

1. Access the public URL
2. Click [Download]

It is the button for the person who gave the URL to send the business card image. Click to display the image send page.
You can send the business card image from the image send page.
When you access with the browser of your mobile device, the camera can take a picture of the business card and send it.

Procedure

2. Click [Send the image]
3. Click [Choose a file]
4. Click [Send the image]
