Delete Contacts

In My Contacts, the deletion moves contacts to Recycle Bin.
In Unconfirmed Contacts, the deletion deletes contacts completely and doesn't move contacts to Recycle Bin.

Recycle Bin

• This view shows accessible deleted contacts.
• You can select contacts to recover the contacts from Recycle bin or to delete the contacts completely.
• Only users with [Delete contact completely] permission can delete contacts from Recycle Bin.
  Delete buttonis only displyed to permitted users.

Caution Restrictions

• My own contacts that other users relate will not be moved recyclebin and deleted.
• In the unconfirmed contacts list, Delete button is displayed only when [View Option]> [Display target]> [Mine/All] is "Mine".
• the contacts in Recycle Bin are counted in the number of contacts of your organization.
