In the contact list, with selecting a company department in the left pane, you can view the contacts linked to the company department.
To create a contact linked to a company department, show the company department in the company contact list and create the contact from the view.
You can also keep and manage the company information within a contact without linking to company departments.
[Company Contacts] lists contacts based on the company link.
Contacts without company department links are not listed in [Company Contacts].
From the company information of a contact, you can add an entry of a company department.
The company fields are converted to the links to the company department.
To add a company from a contact, select a contact in contact list and execute [Add Company from Contact].
You cannot modify the attributes of the company department on the contact edit view after the company department is linked to the contact.
When you set the confirmation status of an unconfirmed contact without a company link, the company operation dialog can be shown.
On the dialog, you can add an entry of a company, branch or division from the company information of the contact.
You can enable the confirmation in the system settings. As the default, companies are linked automatically without confirmation.
You can add a company on creating a new contact as the same way as above.
The candidates of the duplicate company departments can be shown when you do [Add Company from Contact] or confirm an unconfirmed contact.

On this dialog, you can operate the followings:
| Link Selected | This creates no company department. This links the selected company department to the processing contact. |
| Create new division | This creates a new subdivision of the selected company department and links it to the processing contact. When you selected the existing company, a branch and a division are created. You cannot create a branch of the same name as the existing branch. When you selected the existing branch, a division is created. You cannot create a division of the same name as the existing division. |
| Create new company | This creates a new company and subdivision independently of the existing company. This links the created company department to the processing contact. |
| Not Link | This does not link the contact to a company department.You can select it when you like to manage company information by each contact without consolidating companies or you like to link after you correct company information. |
